Geographic Location: Collected based on your manual selection of your regional Parish and Island. FarmFlow does not access precise GPS coordinates; location data is restricted to regional territories to enable localized marketplace filtering while keeping your precise movements completely private.
1.2. User-Generated Content
Any content you create to list items for trade or describe your operation is stored securely on our cloud architecture:
Listing Details: Item titles, textual descriptions, pricing schemes, production categories, and remaining inventory counts.
Media Assets: Photographs uploaded directly by you to illustrate product listings, securely transferred and stored inside Firebase Cloud Storage.
We automatically collect systemic diagnostics and usage metrics to optimize overall network and application health:
Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) Tokens: Unique cryptographic device identifiers used solely to transmit transaction updates, listing expirations, and contextual push alerts.
Interaction Records: Aggregated logs mapping views on marketplace listings and clicks on context buttons (such as launching external intents to WhatsApp or SMS text lines).
Analytics Diagnostics: Non-identifiable device models, hardware OS versions, application performance build flags, and feature retention rates monitored via Google Firebase Analytics.
2. How We Use Your Information
We process your metrics and structural data for explicit operational purposes required to run the platform:
Identity Verification & Security: Validating accounts via phone metadata to insulate our community against spoofing and marketplace fraud.

3. Third-Party Data Processors
We do not sell, rent, or lease your personal information to third-party brokers. To provide continuous online functionality, we collaborate with highly compliant infrastructure utilities:
Google Firebase: Serves as our total infrastructure suite, covering cloud web hosting, core document databases (Cloud Firestore), user authorization logic (Firebase Phone Auth), digital asset distribution (Firebase Cloud Storage), and platform analytics engine (Firebase Analytics). Data storage follows standard Google Firebase regional configurations.
Stripe: All payments and donations within FarmFlow are processed securely by Stripe, Inc. When you make a payment or donation, your payment details (such as card number or bank information) are submitted directly to Stripe and are never stored on FarmFlow's servers. Stripe may collect and retain transaction records, payment method details, and related data in accordance with its own privacy policy. FarmFlow receives only confirmation of completed transactions along with transaction identifiers, amounts, and timestamps for record-keeping and support purposes. WhatsApp: The Application incorporates explicit structural deep links (intents) enabling direct communication between buyers and sellers. Selecting a WhatsApp contact trigger passes explicit platform variables (such as phone routing paths) to launch the localized WhatsApp client on your device. Your data within WhatsApp is managed strictly under their independent corporate privacy declarations.
4. Device Permissions Requirements
To implement real-time synchronization and alerts, the Application explicitly declares and requests system-level manifest parameters:
INTERNET: Essential for processing API payloads, executing secure Firestore calls, checking verification nodes, and fetching media assets.
POST_NOTIFICATIONS: Required natively on modern distributions (Android 13 / API level 33 and up) to present transactional alerts and listing statuses. You retain full control over this flag within native operating system app panels.
5. Data Management, Control, and Retention
You preserve full sovereignty and programmatic administrative access to your information assets:
Direct User Adjustment: Profile properties (Display Name, Recovery Email, geographical associations) can be changed or replaced at any time directly through the app interface.
Inventory Operations: Active listings can be transitioned natively to Active, Sold Out, or permanently Deleted from our dynamic database schemas instantly.
Archival Strategy: Operational data is held only as long as an active account model exists. Upon requesting absolute account deletion, records are systematically decoupled from our infrastructure stacks in accordance with standard Firebase structural operations.
6. Children's Privacy
FarmFlow is designed and targeted strictly for adult commercial operators, farmers, and standard marketplace consumers. We do not deliberately index or store personal identification data from individuals under the absolute age of 13. If you believe a minor has generated a platform node containing PII, please notify our team instantly to execute permanent removal.
7. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We reserve the right to revise or modify this policy statement periodically to maintain alignment with structural application features, compliance directives, or legal benchmarks.
